I will be in Chicago next week and need a rental car. I called up Bargain Rental Car and made a reservation. After I got through the phone tree, I spoke with a reservation agent.
Agent: Welcome to Bargain Rental Car.
Jeff: I'd like to reserve a rental car.
Agent: What city will you be picking up from?
Jeff: Chicago.
Agent: Which airport location? O’Hare or Midway?
Jeff: Hmm. I'm not sure. Is there a downtown location?
Agent: Sure. We have an office at 401 State Street.
Jeff: Is that near Prairie State College?
Agent: I really don't know.
Jeff: That's okay. I'll go ahead and
