The phrase “top-down,” in this podcast, refers to a system of decision-making and organizational structure where the most powerful and influential people make all the decisions: “This comes as a top-down decision, so don’t ask any questions. Bianca: Why do you say that? I like Melissa.
Conrad: I like her, too, but she can be so autocratic.
