In this podcast, the word “mood” means the way one feels at a particular moment in time: “Marsha was in a good mood for weeks after she won the lottery.” The phrase “mood swings” refers to rapid, unpredictable changes in how one feels: “A lot of teenagers have big mood swings, where they’re happily laughing one minute, but then angry or depressed just a few minutes later.” The phrase “to be in the mood for (something)” means to want to do something: “I’m in the mood for 3 these materials on another website or distributing them in any way is prohibited.
